Disappointing

The crew were very nice and the cook was quite good the meals he produced on board in the tiny kitchen were very good.

The boat is aging, showing heavy wear and needs renovation.

Everything was perfect, we only expected to spend more time cruising through the narrow canals of the Backwaters

Very cool boat (incl rooms) which was very clean and spacious Very friendly and kind crew created a feeling of being home The provided very delicious (and a lot) traditional indian food and snacks with tea (welcome drinks, fried bananas etc) during the afternoon Amazing view on the Backwaters of Kerala

Theres only one thing I really complain about and thats the very short cruising time through the soo beautiful and scenery Backwaters (in total only 3.5-4hours as we spent about 22hours on the boat) Reasons for that: very late departure at 13:00, 2 stops in between and cruising time restrictions given by law (only allowed to drive until 18:00)

I had no expectations. Had the 4 roomed boat house entirely for my family as other 2 families cancelled out.

Kerala Backwaters - An exclusive experience

Excellent service. Very cooperative staffs. Foods were amazing. In evening, they suggested back water travel in small boat on paid basis, which was one of the most amazing experience I have ever. Exclusive feeling. We had to check out at 5:30 am next morning. Staffs arranged everything for us. Highly appreciated

Not worth the price being charged. Please choose some other travels

Only the view. Nothing else.

Not enough of water bottle, air-conditioning was timed, no tea/coffee, dirty water in the bathroom, no WiFi, NO CREDIT CARD FACILITY. They forced me to pay by cash. When I had no cash in hand, they brought me to some petrol station and swiped my card there. Staff openly asking tips in the name of service charge.

Very good

Lovely peaceful trip around the backwaters of Kerala

The location was perfect - and movable! Basic accommodation but relatively clean, given it's on a boat, and very quiet. My son and I couldn't take advantage of the food as we are coeliac, but were well provided with tea and fruit, and able to eat our own food without issues. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location - backwaters of Kerala - was amazing!

We would have preferred a slightly larger room, as a twin it was very snug. Don't expect western plumbing, but we had a private (western) toilet and a perfectly good sink.
