Fresh and new. Great staff. Excellent location. Fabulous breakfast.

Not the properties fault but didnt like Google Maps. Google Maps shows the wrong destination entrance. They show Number 16. It should be Number 15, one door down to the left, on the same side of the street.

Magnificent

Everthing was perfect. It was the most beautiful place we have stayed so far. I especially want to thank to dear Elisabetta who welcomed us very warmly with her elegance and made us feel at home by taking care of everything throughout our stay. Our room was magnificent and everything was thought of down to the smallest detail. Likewise, the breakfast was amazing, very diverse and delicious, especially considering Rome stayings.

Simply the best

Everything! Perfect location, perfect breakfast and coffee, spacious room. But most importantly our host Elisabetta was more than a host, she treated us as if we were a family, asking and offering us assistance, smiling all the time, and always ready to help. She gave us useful tips and kept checking on us to make sure we feel comfortable and happy during our short stay. and thanks to her, we sure felt very very happy! Would gladly return and recommend this place to all Rome travellers!

Wifi connection was not very strong. Everything else was great!

The staff was so helpful with a great kitchen area with a great breakfast. The location was perfect and the room was the nicest we had in our 2 week journey with plenty of room. Thank you so much, I will stay here again if I'm lucky enough for an opening.
