Nice quiet place

It's a very quiet and lovely neighbourhood. You can easily reach the city by train. The rooms are adequate, and the complementary breakfast is very nice.

Maybe that's on me, but I think it should be made clearer in the listing that you do not have a private bathroom. The bathroom is shared with three other rooms. It wasn't a big problem, but I would have liked to know beforehand.

This is not a bed-and-breakfast it is misleading.

The best thing I can say about this was that very clear instructions were provided via email

This is absolutely not a bed-and-breakfast that is misleading. There is yogurt and eggs in the fridge. If you want to try to cook something without making noise to wake up all the other people. There is old, stale, coffee, and an old fashioned coffee maker for do it yourself. Worst is that there is one small bathroom to be shared by five different rooms! My room was adjacent to the bathroom so every single time someone came in or took a shower, was was a lot of noise. People showering at 1:30 in the morning and then others at 6:30 in the morning. Not sure why this is even on Booking.com !

Check in was easy, property was clean and worked just fine for what we needed. Happy there was parking available and the location worked well for our needs.

Bed frame was like an IKEA wood frame, my husband and I are not small people and it squeaked every time we moved.

Very good

It was very clean. Easy to access with clear instructions provided. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of options provided for snacks and complimentary breakfast options.

I must have misunderstood the listing when it mentioned "upper", i didn't realize it was a basement room. A little far from the usual touristy things so be prepared to pay for rideshares etc.

Its a basement and the washroom shared with 2 other bedrooms please you have to be clear with this information on the Booking website, to be honest with you its look like lost my money I stayed for 2 hours only then I went back home I lost my relaxing time this month

Good

The location of apartments was very convinient for me, as I had a rental car and it was easy to find parking nearby and to get to the Downtown pretty fast. The huge benefit for me was a self check-in and self check-out procedures. Complimentary breakfast was good and it was really enough for me (please note you have to cook it yourself, so it would not be a surprise for you). Staff was very helpful and always tried to assist on any matter very fast.

The most iconvinient thing was that washroom is shared with other rooms (I think 4 rooms in total), so sometimes you will have to wait until its free to use. The ceilling in the room was low for me (I did not expect that), but in general everything was fine for a business trip.

Very poor health and safety procedures, breakfast was self-catering which was not stated which also consisted of bread and eggs. Shared bathroom was between 4 double rooms. The garden view didn't have one, and the rear garden was a rubble site. The list goes on. Overall, TERRIBLE.

Disappointing

More a student house than a BNB

Fairly clean, obviously the guests followed the numerous rules that were stated on the walls.

I requested an early check in and was promised a message about that early in the morning. Instead, when I arrived 30 minutes before check in time at 4:30pm I was told the check in time was 5pm. And then the host sent an adolescent down in pyjamas to prepare my room. Obviously it was empty for a while before that. And I never received that message in the morning. The host didnt show herself. I got in through a lock with a code. The host did put a camera in the shared space to keep an eye on her guests. Complimentary breakfast existed of amenities on shelves.

I would have liked yogurt to be included for breakfast. It was clean, cool in basement and very quiet.

I knew I was sharing bathroom but didn't realizeI would be sharing with 4 FOUR!!!!. The backyard was despicable!! Any person who would keep a backyard like that should NOT be allowed to have a AirBNb. It was disgusting and says a lot about the owners of the property! I realize the backyard was not included nor did I want use backyard but one could not help looking into the backyard. I do not like to think my money went to such slovenly people! They should be ashamed of themselves!! How difficult would it be to take a load of junk to the dump when you are pulling in that amount to money each night? Answer me that!

Pleasant

It was okay.

Its not far from downtown Toronto if youre driving.

It was a little bit dirty, especially the bathroom and the bedroom. I think it could have been a little bit more pleasant, and the price is a little too high for what you get.
