Liked that fast pass was included and the water taxi to the park was great and very quick. Room was nice and big and very clean. Water feature was a lovely addition to the hotel.

Reception staff was rude, advised no charge to my credit card for the hold however I was charged and had to chase for a refund. When contacting the hotel I was passed around to multiple emails before getting my refund weeks later.

One night stay booked to gain express passes which worked well.

Rooms were requested close together and this was granted. Easy access to parks with express passes included in price.

Great location Water taxi to park was unique and avoided queer on city walk. Lobby areas were lovely and warm Hawaiian welcome. Room service and staff were delightful. VIP pass inclusion made it good value.

Our ground floor room was quite dark and damp smelling

My favourite thing about this hotel is the fragrance in the lobby, it's divine, location is fantastic, just a 5 minute walk to the parks, pool and grounds are beautiful and the staff are amazing, the upgraded tickets are an added bonus, I love this hotel
