Super hotel - luxury all the way!

Everything. A real luxury to stay in and get express passes included in rate.

Preauthorised card for $200 per day incidentals plus balance. Did not advise this on check in (we dont do this in our country) so a bit surprised when pending charge on credit card. Then on check out the balance was advised and guaranteed by manager only balance would be deducted however full preauthorised amount taken. Following up with hotel now after receiving credit card statement. A blot on a otherwise great experience.

The smell. The atmosphere, the staff, the cleanliness, the rooms, the food, the fast passes, early entry to the parks, and proximity to the park. Overall, awesome! Good value.

It was fine, we wish Universal had a really good 5 star hotel.. Disneys 3 star are nicer.

Proximity to Park, the main areas of the hotel are quite nice.

The room was very tired, staff were run off their feet and I even heard a manager tell another guest the hotel is completely out of pillows. (Dec 22 eve) . The staff were doing the best they could. Very expensive place to stay for what you get but we were there for the park. I do wish Universal had a really nice hotel that was kept up to standards . We have stayed here twice before .

Clean looks nice

Room very noisy sounded like a generator. Had an interconnecting room and could hear the child coughing all night. Very noisy not what I expected for the money.
