First time Ive been disappointed here

This has always been our go to in Orlando. We love the retro vibe and decor.

The room this time was dirty. It was cleaned but the phone and door had grime on it. Looks like it needs a refresh. Also, the put us on the 3rd floor in a building where the elevator was broken the entire stay. Not an issue day to day, but it was a pain pulling all of our luggage up and then back down again. No mention was made of the broken elevator at check in.

Third time staying at the property. The location is great. The staff is very friendly and rooms are clean. I love the vibe, walking into the Lobby is a highlight. Especially over the holidays with the huge Christmas Tree in the center. Weve seen a few Movie Characters visiting the lobby during our stay which was fun.

Absolutely loved everything, z the location to Universal., the pools ,our room, transportation to the park it was awesome...we surprised our grandson with the stay and didn't think we'd get him to leave the hotel to go to the park......my only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!!!!!
