It was nice enough but I don't think we'd return to the Surin Beach area

It looked very cool, a modern minimalist design (but sometimes form defeated function) The balcony we has was lovely to sit on, better IMHO than the 'pool access' rooms which were less private.

The hotel blurb talks of free shuttle buses to sister hotels / beach clubs on nearby beaches but fail to mention that if you go there you have to pay for a sunbed. It felt somewhat dishonest, a deliberate omission. The lighting is all controlled by a single key pad but it's not wireless and restaurant / poolside menus are all via QR codes or a tablet device (you have to share). I consider myself tech-friendly but these are solution to a problems that don't exist and instead get in the way.

One of the best way to enjoy a week-end in Phuket!

Loved the modern style of the room with access to our own pool, the terrace with chairs is very nice to relax enjoying the view of the beautiful pool and greeneries. Diversity of restaurants was nice, and the quality of the food really good. Especially the breakfast buffet! Loved the Beach club: the crazy coconut, although we had to take a shuttle to reach the place and it was a bit expensive, but the food, staff and the place on the beach is amazing!

The confusing messages about payment via Booking.com, as it was very confusing, would have loved to get a pick-up at the airport (had send an email request but never got a response.

very calm atmosphere , beautiful garden and poolarea. Mega breakfast with a variety of thai dishes, super delicious. Super equipped Gym with steambath and sauna . In the afternoon free fresh fruit plate. Everything top notch

very nice view when you arrive in the evening Breakfast was basic pool was nice, very quiet Authentic but in need of some renovation easy to take taxi or tuktuk

air conditioning was very noisy Zen environment but a bit dated Beach clubs are expensive, it's better to be on the beach nearby, very cheap with the locals

Lovely hotel with fantastic pool and gym facilities.

Property was beautiful with an amazing swimming pool. Gym facilities were excellent, especially for a hotel. It was nice and quiet and away from the busy areas of Phuket.

Property advertised it has restaurants on the beach and a few restaurants in the hotel but they dont make it clear that there is actually only 1 restaurant in the hotel and you have to get a shuttle to the other ones. Gym gets busy after 9am. The hotel restaurant is quite expensive for Thailand but to be fair, in line with Phuket.

Pool - while the bar side pool was undergoing some repairs the pool side area it was still brilliant .. I did find it surprising I was served cocktails in glass while sitting in the pool.

Arrival - Upon our arrival in our travel clothing, we wanted to surprise other guests staying at the resort. We were informed they were in the Wagyu Steak Restaurant - a fine dining experience. While in our travel clothes, and after been looked up and down we were requested to change and wear CLOSED toes shoes. I was made to feel very inadequate to be able to dine at your restaurant. Closed toes shoes for a woman, in a resort, in the heat - I believe you need to reconsider your dress attire. Room - a number of things we didn't like. The bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. You could not squeeze the bottles making it very hard to get the product out. The wardrobes were annoying as the draws didn't close properly therefore when moving the doors they kept on banging on the drawers... a soft close drawer would fix this. Bed - was very hard Cooking class - you could only chose one dish to learn. for THB $1000 that was the MOST EXPENSIVE Tom Yung Goong I have ever order. The quickest cooking class lasting approx 15mins ONLY. While I was the only person in the class I would have thought consideration should have been given for all dishes to be taught and not just the one dish. This I felt was a waste of money.
