Good and simple.

Clean.

The pool was surprisingly cold. There was no info of the wifi, so we had to go ask in the reception, who gave us a code so we could connect.

They were able to give me a floor room that I requested.

There were many mosquitos inside the room, even if we were cautious to close the door. They did not include free breakfast in our rate.

The water coming out of the shower and flooding the floor. Toilet not properly flushing. Off White towels and linens Pillows too hard Ac not cool enough

They should renovate the rooms, the beds the lobby sofas

The only thing I love the most was the location. This place is very close to 5th Avenue, like a minute away from it. Easy access to the restaurants and stores. Loved it! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and cant complain about the cleanliness. Housekeeping did a very good job

The breakfast buffet was alright, the food was not great but it was okay. This is the reason why I didnt buy the lunch buffet. I didnt like the room, the beds were very hard and the pillows as well. The bedding set was made of a rough material, and the towels were too old and rough s well. The rooms look better I pictures than in reality, but we were doing a lot of tours, so we only used it to sleep most of the time.

Clean, good service, good people good food

I like it that they offer the option of paying for the buffet and it's saves you money if you pay at the hotel for the buffet also it was very very clean they explain to me they use water from the ocean to shower but they filter water so you will taste a little bit of salt when you're taking a shower but anyways you're not supposed to drink the water in Mexico so I never taste it but it was very refreshing, was like having extra minerals on my skin. It felt soft they have a safe in the room and you have a bracelet that opens your room and they give you a key for your safe it was good because I have with me $20,000 and I didn't want to carry that aroun. They helped me with my luggage into my room. I will recommend you to pay for your meals the restaurant has good food not a lot but enough fruits and vegetables meat etc that you are supposed to eat and more than you can eat. also they offer all the alcoholic drinks that you can drink the coffee is really good.

The pool was not ready so I didn't use it next time when I go back because it looks really nice they were doing some maintenance around the pool so the reason why I didn't want this to usable is that we don't get hurt

Superb

Jungle Oasis in the heart of Playa Del Carmen

The staff were so amazing! They made both me and my little dog feel right at home. This hotel is fantastic value just off 5th Avenue. It feels like a little jungle oasis in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. It is minutes from the local beach and some of the best restaurants and shops in town. We will definitely be back when we are in Playa next. Thanks for a memorable stay!

You get what you pay

The location is good. It's in the 5th av with a lot of options for food, stores nearby, bars and clubs. The staff was really nice and the price was OK.

The "all inclusive" is just -ok- it's a bit uncomfortable to cross the street to go to the restaurant for a drink, the food is just OK, very poor variety of options, no coke machines, no diet coke included, the beer is not tap or bottle, they serve out of a 1liter beer, just a cup, so it has no gas. You can't take out of the restaurant more than 2 cups, you can't take out of the restaurant, not a single chip, so it might be better just to buy food from outside if you want to have a drink by the pool or the room. My door card never worked during the 4 days' stay. I had to go to the front desk every single time to have them open the door manually for me, which was very annoying. I was in the understanding that the hotel had an agreement with a beach club near by, but they don't anymore so you have to go and look for a public beach and rent the chairs and umbrella and can cost up to 50usd per person, per day... Overall, its good for the money you pay, but I wouldn't have mind a bit more to be more comfortable, especially with the restaurant and the beach.

Beds are uncomfortable, the room just felt dirty, and the front desk never picked up the phone when needed. Poor water pressure in shower and no hot water
