This TUI MAGIC LIFE Fuerteventura - All Inclusive offers a great value for money with a convenient location for surfing and excursions. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but the WiFi is un (Read More)reliable and the cellphone signal is patchy. The cleanliness of the resort is good overall. The unheated pools are nice to look at, but the spa is depressing. The gym is dated and often occupied by kids. The rooms are spacious but in need of updating. The nearby activities are enjoyable, while the food is decent with some bland options. The hotel has some maintenance issues, such as broken tiles in the pool and elevators that frequently jam. The beach and pool bar are nice, and the sauna could be improved. The entertainment is not as good as previous years. Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable stay with some areas for improvement.

Very good

I would go back again, however I would explore other hotels/resorts in the area before booking.

Great resort with lots of things to do: pools, gym, sports, nursery & park for kids, etc.

Not as many sport sessions as in previous years. Obvious reduction in the entertainment team, with only few facilitators around the resort during the day and evenings. The gaming area - few machines not working, taking the money but not allowing us to play (neither getting the coins back).

We had a perfect holiday here. The property is huge and the staff very friendly.

The facilities in the room are a bit outdated. The phone was not working during our stay so we had to walk all the way to the reception to get something. There are also no shower gels in the rooms.

Disappointed. Description is far from reality

- location: along the edge of the sand dunes, overlooking the ocean, directed access to beach. - spacious and spread-out landscape plan, makes it feel less crowded - on-site personal, especially at the dining areas, amazingly efficient, pleasant and helpful.

Unfortunately, many things; - worn-out and poorly maintained rooms. Furniture were old and wobbly, linen and mattress were of horrible quality. - WiFi was very bad all over - The hotel prides itself on having 5 outdoor pools. In reality, 1 is a sports pool , 1 is nudists, 1 adult only, and all were 18 which is too cold to enjoy. There was only 1 pool for kids to swim. Not enough to accommodate all the families. Was impossible to find sunbeds / seats - Having to register and book all activities through the Tui App, having to monitor availability. It felt too much like work. - Senior stuff at customs service and the front desk were not helpful and quite unpleasant.

Very good

Good varied food options for a vegetarian ! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice and clean

Bed was uncomfortable and even after they finally attached the two singles togther it didnt make much difference

The beach was lovely and we went for nice long walks along it every evening. The buffet was pretty good for an all inclusive place.

The main issue was no aircon in the rooms. Took our 3-month-old baby, and our grow egg was showing 26 degrees in our room. The manager refused to allow the air-conditioning, saying it was "winter". Were told we could leave our doors open but we were on the ground floor so that wasn't an option Cleaning also left a lot to be desired. I had to go chase up toilet paper, towels, and water as none of these were replenished. The hotel also needs a lot of maintenance. The pool was missing a lot of tiles, for example. Reception staff don't answer the phone if you call from your room. Rang 10 times with no answer over 2 hours.

In global was a good stay, but it really need to improve on the furniture age and quality in the rooms, appart from that

Direct access to an amazing beach, the kids entertainment areas, the look and organization of the resort and the taste and variety of the food.

The quality of the bed sofa for the kids (was very old and almost destroyed), the mattresses were very old, the room was not properly cleaned (many dust under the sofa on arrival) and small bugs in the furniture.
