Overall, it is still a highly recommended hotel with top-notch service and food.

Exceptional

I don't usually write reviews, but me and my family were really happy about our stay. The food was exceptionally good and for once the all-inclusive package was worth it even if you don't want to spend all day drinking. All the staff were nice and helpful, the beach is beautiful. Thank you

Great beach hotel with some deficiencies

Probably the best location one can find on Fuerteventura with a great beach in front of the hotel and a perfect view of the ocean. Staff very nice and helpful, doing their best. The food was really great, all inclusive option has a very decent selection of alcohols.

Dirty glasses and plates! That's really a no-go in a 5 star hotel! Too small restaurant, so we were waiting for a table, especially at dinner time.

Room service is on payment even if you are all inclusive. Cost is 7 euros per service. No dental kit is provided(given after upon request) No slippers were provided(given after upon request) Star prestige lounge is useless. It is poorly equipped (no plates, no fruit slices for cocktails, no boiler or coffee machine, no table games). Resort has group sport activities but no recreational room or games or sport area(except the net for beach volley at the beach). Live music sometime good sometime not There are always problems opening doors with magnetic cards. Snacks in the minibar are on payment,even if you are all inclusive Beach umbrella and beach chairs are not included Spa access on payment and very lonely. No jacuzi. Only poor water jets with no sitting. No tea. No relaxing music. No turkish bath. Wifi is not stable. Star prestige restaurant area has no air conditioning, so basically is not convenient to sit there. Differently from the other resorts nearby has no tennis court or soccer or bowling

Personnel is very pleasant, location - beach is perfect, nice concerts in hotel at the evening, food is delicious and different on particular days, like sushi day, pizza day, seafood. Room is very spacious and comfortable, personnel is very attentive to the needs. Sometimes surprize with gift. In Morro Jable town there are nice restaurants, but there are almost nothing at the hotel place, so you need to walk to the city or the enjoy nice food at hotel restaurant, glad it was really good and possible to try something local.

Since I took half board meal (breakfast and dinner) it would be lovely to have free coffee & snacks at room, instead of paid. Since it's five star hotel. However no complains, just a suggestion.

Loved this place with amazing beach :)

Great hotel and amazing location in the south coast of the Island. Great food and amazing shows during the evening, as well as activities such as salsa classes, aquagym etc.

The hotel could be more proactive in advising guests on activities around the island and recommended places to visit.

Some of the staff were very nice

* doors to the room not working, the handle needs to be moved in a special way * no heating * breakfast/dining are super packed * terrible desserts * called to reception multiple times, no answer, finally rather rudely told that they can't speak to me at that moment * SPA area is a tiny pool, sauna and a broken steam room, not even a jacuzzi * outdoor pool very small and pool area completely packed * for double rooms seems that the view is either facing north and a parking lot, or facing west and a very noisy highway

Simply amazing

Amazing service

Room service a bit irregular, refilling of the minibar was missed some days (no milk and no water some days). Also they didn't check the shampoo and shower gel levels so we run out of these (we could not easily see the levels ourselves and they were kind of fixed to the dispenser) obviously we ran out in the middle of having a shower and it took them half an hour to bring new ones). Just a small incident during dinner with a cook that appeared not to care for the forms of talking to customers, it was reported at the spot. Honestly those were only minor issues, just to state the very minor negative aspects of our two weeks in the hotel. Overall amazingly positive!
