Disappointing

If you like food, don't do it

Bed was comfortable enough

The food was inedible. Honestly the restaurants in this hotel are essentially nursing home cafeterias for people without a shred of self-respect. Coffee is disgusting. To use the safe in your room, you have to pay extra. It's about a 30-40min walk to the town centre, otherwise there's nothing around. You need a car to get around and properly enjoy the island.

Great location. Helpful staff. Good food in the all-inclusive option, especially pizza court.

Generally speaking hotel was a bit dirty as for the four stars standard. Glass surfaces were persistently full of fingerprints. The hygiene of the cutlery and plates was non existent. One can taste the prior customers scrambled eggs straight from the clean plates. Additionally, glasses were extremely dirty which made the overall perception disgusting.

Good location, close to the sea. Thanks to the layout of the hotel most of rooms seem to have very good sea view. Although the resort is massive, it is quite quiet in the room and plenty of space around the pools, which do not seems crowded. Room was spacious and bright and decently clean.

Let's start with something that is outrageous and unacceptable: tableware and cutlery were grossly dirty in the dining area. It took my once literally 11 tries before I picked one bowl from the stack that was acceptable to eat from. Every meal had to pick 2-3 plates before finding one relatively clean. This was not one-off incident, something similar was happening during every meal. Not sure if this was issue with dishwashers or the team, but seemed to me as a systematic problem here. If this was regular walk-in restaurant you would immediately leave the place and report to authorities. Meals were quite repetitive and dull. Although there seems to be a lot of positions, we were tired after few days. (Did not have a chance to test the themed restaurant, so speaking only about the main restaurant).

All in all, great hotel! Dont pay too much attention to some previous bad reviews.

Clean room, very good food with plenty of selections, location close enough to the beach, lovely pools, especially eternity pool (I was even lucky enough to swim a couple of distances from one end of the pool to the other, with no other people in the pool at the time). We went to asian restaurant on friday - the food was great there aswell (but make sure to reserve the place well in advance!). We also liked the spanish dance show and kids loved mini disco. Decent cocktails at Bar saln. Guys from sport animation team (Jamal (?) and the other one with curly hair) - if I get it right, they are new, just started their position few days before our arrival.

- Crowded restaurant - it was sometimes difficult to get a free table if we came few minutes after the restaurant opened (especially for dinner at 6.30 P.M). Some days were crowded even for breakfast at 8.a.m already. Self service beer at the snack bar (the nearest to the pool) was out of service at the time we were there so from time to time there was a long line to wait to get a beer from the bar man. - Parking in front of hotel, by my opinion, needs some renovation (sandy, with some big holes, hard to drive and park on it).

Location and room size was excellent.

Buffet was OK. What really annoyed me was not being able to book the Tapas restaurant as we were told you had to book on a Monday but we stayed Tuesday to Tuesday so advance notice would have helped! Bed sheets were just tucked in and never changed
