They screwed my trip

NOTHING AT ALL

The toilets were smelling of sewage water and they were repeatedly trying to mask that smell with air freshner . The tables were broken, the curtains were dirty and the plates used to serve food had cracks . The staff was not at all helpful and paid no attention to the complaints, they were only concerned about full payment in advance . The breakfast had no variety at all and whatever was served was ice cold and the service was pathetic. We repeatedly had to ask for spoons, tissues etc . Even after asking housekeeping to clean the room, the glasses were not replaced with clean ones. Even after showing the dirty glasses to them, they did not change them

The rooms were fine. Just fine!

The sofa bed in family suite was broken and was fixed with a table at one end to keep it in place right after we arrived. The room location was noisy. AC doesn't works for warm temperatures.

Location was good and some staff members are helpful

1. Not at all clean and have a weird smell in the room. 2. No hygiene maintained in kitchen and restaurant is in very bad condition. 3. Do not take breakfast including rooms, breakfast is pathetic. 4. Few rooms are small and shabby so make sure you check your rooms before paying them full amount at start.

Mind blowing experience with this hotel. No complain. Nothing more one can get on these prices. All hotel staff are very friendly and they are always ready to help you. Great view from roof top where they are having there restaurant and swimming pool Highly recommend property
