Some rooms in a bad shape, but very nice exteriors.

The staff was incredible helpful and professional. We had to switch to another room because our aircon was making too much noise and the staff managed to move in the middle of the night to another room. We stayed for only one night. The public area with trees and pools is very nice and enjoyable.

The place is located outside of Chiang Mai city center and you need a car to get somewhere. When taking a closer look, the interior of the room is planned/built rather poorly - you can be lucky because every room is different, but you can have bad luck too. Examples: TV located around the corner of the bed and sideways to the sofa. Power plugs far in a hidden corner below the TV. A clock on the wall which doesnt work. Bad air circulation in the bathroom because there is only a very small window. Small gaps in the floor. A loud aircon, However, this doesnt apply for every room.

Lovely place for a quiet hideaway

Room was large and bed comfortable. Lovely view of the pool. The grounds are really beautiful but small. Afternoon shuttle buses to the city and the Airport mall.

The location is a bit far out so best to stay here for a restful day or two rather than use it as a base to Chiang Mai but you could if you are ok with taxis every day. Pool view lovely but privacy then somewhat limited. Also a huge urinal just there on the wall in the bathroom which I covered with a towel. Maybe great for the boys but it seemed like a public toilet :D

Good value for money

The garden is spectacular, just like shown in the photos. It is quite far from chiang mai, but I am happy i chose this location far away from the agitation and crowd. We had our car rented, as it would have been extremely difficult otherwise. The room was very spacious, nicely decorated and relatively clean. There were some spider webs here and there close to the windows, the doors to the terrace could not be closed (so the room was quite noisy), but all in all, it was a good value for the money we paid

The food at breakfast was impossible to eat. A large variety of food, most of which not comestible. I would call it a blasphemy to the heaven of food which is Thailand. It was difficult to understand why they would serve such products at breakfast, of extremely poor quality. For example the coffee: chiang mai is the capital of coffee roasters in the south east of asia and they would serve at breakfast cheap filter coffee. We asked for a cappuccino and a thai tea and, besides the fact that they were charged extra, my husband had a toxi-infection from the cappuccino. I would suggest the hotel to eliminate the breakfast services, because it is an offense to the Thai culture of food.

Very good

A great place for a holiday retreat.

The location is great with a nature and community surrounded. Not far from attraction such as temple, the park, night zoo, etc. Friendly staffs.

Breakfast choices were too little. There was a noise from construction during the day but understood it was during few renovation going on.

Would not stay again.

Serene surroundings. Lovely forest . The room had floor to ceiling windows. I liked walking to the temple in the quaint town. Breakfast had a large variety. Quiet and super clean.

The staff were not overly friendly or helpful. A lot of them seemed really confused. I think the property is fairly new about three years old.

Misty Landscape was beautiful. Premisis was clean and green.

Menu can be better. Not very vegetarian friendly. Breakfast should include variety of cuisines and vegetarian course too. Bed in room was very hard. Pillows were too high and hard too. Could not sleep.

Relaxing place in a rainforest environment, lovely staff,

Large comfortable rooms, sparkling pools and exceptional grounds. Staff very friendly and helpful especially with arranging transportation. Breakfast was exceptional and they went out of to cater for dietary requirements Great place for family group

It is a little bit remote so we did find it difficult on occasions to get transport, although they were very obliging to arrange for us when they could
