Only wanted to be there to sleep shower but no more, I didn't like it at all.

The check in person was pleasant and helpful, he was good.

It's quite small, felt cramped, basic accommodation, TINY balcony with an overflow of towels and dirty, full of ashes from smokers :( The rooms were very small for 6 to 10 beds I believe...! Bright white lights in the rooms, horrible for eyes they felt irritated and you can't feel cozy with such lights. Dorms piled up with up to 3 bunk beds on top of eachother, no room to sit up for those bunk beds, only laying down. I thought this is simply too much, TOO GREEDY, making the most profit for such basic accommodation. Not enough bathrooms, I think only 2-3 showers for about 35 people! ;( No character, cramped hallway, full of stuff and shoes, old apartment, paint chipped or peeled everywhere, very little maintenance. The people staying there looked depressed most of them, no one was friendly, like it's the place made them sad for a reason. There was no place to socialise and chat freely, except the very small Living-diningroom. I couldn't stay there any longer, I left after only one night and losing the second night booking. I felt depressed in that place and it's not even an affordable experience because there's no quality and not much space or comfort. I moved to another place nearby, it was 3 times better and for only an extra $13 dollars nightly. The 2nd place was gorgeous and all NEW, bright, clean, comfortable and cosy.

Great!

Great location in JBR located on 21st floor so you do get good views, bed space was big however the room itself is small not much storage. Comfortable bed! Kitchen is spacious for those wanting to cook. Definitely can say this hostel was better than my first hostel in Dubai. Met a lot of lovely people here!

Bathroom cleanliness could be better, one night was overcrowded with someone trying to check in but no beds available. Washing machine was broken at the time of my stay.

The place and wifi are very good

I booked for a room and when arrived I found it fully booked dln't know how and moved to another one. Also the other room shoud be for 10 while it can accomodates 12 persons and 11 were found including me, the only available beds were in the third level and there was no curtain so anyone entering the room to pick anything or to sleep and turn on the ligh its spotted in your eye and you won't sleep.

Amazing location near the beach

The place is very clean and maintained well. Location is amazing, if you are a traveler in Dubai - it is the best area to stay. JBR walk and beach are downstairs. Carrefour supermarket is on Plaza level. Tram and metro are walking distance. The beds have curtains, private lights and little locker. Two bathrooms - one with shower and one just a toilet. Nice view from the common area, and a small balcony.

It was very packed for such relatively small apartment. Each room is 6 people, so it made about 15-20 people in the hostel. It was very busy in the kitchen, you have to wait for other people to cook, and then common area is packed, so you have nowhere to sit.

Booked a female room but got a mix room, unable to solve the problem. Bathroom is dirty, everything is not as good as the picture in website. Everything is dirty.

Superb

Very cool for solo traveler, but overbooked.

- Location - Comfort

- Crowded - Overbooking (I had given a bed which used by someone exist from the staff and it is not clean) I have rate 9 for the stay and staff, but I would give 10 if it is not overbooked. Eventually, all are okay.
