THE WORST HOSTEL I'VE STAYED IN MY LIFE. When I arrived to do the check in, I was informed that there was no room available because the Hostel does not respect reservations made on booking.com. The employee herself said that they don't respect booking.com reservations. She didn't say she would cancel my reservation either. She also didnt say she would give my money back. IN FACT, I HAD TO CONTACT BOOKING.COM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GET MY RESERVATION MONEY BACK. The employee simply asked me to look for another hotel and didn't even apologize. Did not offer any help, water, WI-FI or bathroom. After I politely complained, the employee started threatening me, saying she had a copy of my passport (she had made a copy of my passport before telling me that there was no room available) and laughed in my face, saying that it wasn't her problem and kicked me out of the hostel. IT'S COMPLETE NONSENSE AND DISREGARD FOR THE CUSTOMER, AS WELL AS A TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. Furthermore, the hostel environment is terrible. It's a small 2 or 3 bedroom apartment with several bunk beds. Extremely cramped and only 1 bathroom. The bathroom and living room were completely dirty and unkept. It was clear that the majority of guests are immigrants from India who live in Dubai, not tourists or backpackers. Furthermore, it is almost impossible to find out the location of the apartment. The hostel does not provide the correct information. There are no photos or indications. And when you enter the address into the GPS, you are guided to another location. To access the hostel you have to enter a random car parking bulding, walk through the parking corridors, climb a few flights of stairs, then walk through the condominium, then access the lift. A real maze labyrinth. It took me almost 30 minutes to find the Hostel. I sent them a message but no one helped me.
