    Picturesque and comfortable stay
    The most incredible and scenic location overlooking tea plantations and green hill as well as 9 Arch Bridges.
    Could have been better value for money - our room didnt include breakfast or inclusive pick up/drop off to train station.

    Wonderful stay at tip top
    The staff were amazing, super friendly and always helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed and more. The food was delicious and the location is great, the view was awesome and you can see the nine arch bridge. Loved my stay

    Best hotel so far!
    Best hotel so far in our trip. Let me start by saying that all staff are beyond amazing. Especially mr Rajeew and Dharshana made our stay and our meals extra special. The rooms are great and have amazing views. Everything is well taken care of, the bathroom is like a ballroom! Breakfast is beyond amazing. The best breakfast so far in Sri Lanka. I have to say all the food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is amazing. They must have a great chef.

    Amazing views on Nine Arches Bridge, spacious rooms
    The view from the hotel is simply amazing, from the terrasse of your room you can see the Nine Arch bridge and the train passing by! It is super quiet. The rooms are super spacious and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helfpul!
    The reception and lounge area could be renovated. The road to reach the hotel is obviously quite a challenge, but it worth the views!

    Stunning location with our bedroom looking out onto the green hills. Its a short tuk tuk ride away from Ella town so be
    Beautiful scenery, relaxing environment, nice pool and very attentive staff. Its a close walk to the nine arch bridge too.

    Honestly the hotel is great from all aspects. I loved it so much, the view is amazing, staff is great and service is wonderful.

    Great views and good location, very near Little Adams Peek and nine arches bridge.
    The staff is extremely kind. The rooms are super comfortable and have an amazing view over the mountains and sunset.
    Location. The accessibility to the hotel is awful. A few options for whom have gluten issues.
