The room views were great. The room and bathroom were super nice, clean, and comfortable. Fantastic bathtub. The whole hotel was so cozy. I'd definitely book there again.

Awesome staff, cozy lobby vibes, clean stay.

We had a big hiccup with our air bnb and last minute had to change locations for our entire family but upon arrival the staff was incredibly professional and so helpful. They made our last couple days in Chicago a dream. We cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Breakfast at the Nico restaurant was sub-par. Food was not the best quality, staff was helpful and kind but for an $18 eggs dish I expected fresher eggs, potatoes, general quality for the price I was paying.

Great price - lovely hotel - but clogged shower was gross

Beautiful hotel, great location, comfortable beds, 12pm checkout time

Shower didnt drain - bathroom flooded after 5 minute shower (did not wash hair). Took 30+ minutes once the maintenance guy came & shower still wasnt unclogged. Black residue was left on bathroom wall after shower was fixed.

I booked a room with a balcony. They didnt have a balcony.I didnt stay there and they still owe me almost $500 and its been over 48 hours.
