The rooms were clean and neat with an amazing ambiance. I always looked forward to coming back and rest The hotel is 5 minutes walk to Thapae gate and very accessible to the road especially when getting a taxi or Grab There's also a small market just next to the hotel with variety of fruits and 7 11 just opposite

Lovely hotel with great location for those wanting to explore Chiang Mai!

The hotel is in an excellent location in Chiang Mai-everything is right on your doorsteps. The interiors and overall design of the hotel is lovely. The hotel staff are helpful and can make great food recommendations on tours and restaurants. We were very happy with how clean the hotel was as well as it's modern amenities.

There was a mix up of the rooms. We were checked into a room and thought that they had updraded us. Mistakes can happen but it was disappointing as we had fully settled in by that point they asked us to move rooms. We had relaxed in the room for a few hours, then went out to explore Chang Mai, before returning to the room to be told of the mistake. The hotel staff were very apologetic.

Perfect place to stay in the main area of Chiang Mai - great facilities and amazing staff!! 100% would recommend

Staff were extremely friendly. Facilities were amazing. Great location & room was beautiful

The pool was extremely hot - a little unsettling to swim in the heat .. it was warmer than the air almost. We swam at night and it was still a little too uncomfortable.

Great experience at Thee Vijit Lanna! Staff were super friendly and helpful for booking tours!

Hotel and staff were great! Room was amazing and always clean. Breakfast was tasty and the hotel bar had very good cocktails. The location was perfect to visit the night bazaar and the Tha Phae gate. Also was a perfect location for the New Year celebrations!

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai, shopping, restaurants and cafes all within walking distance, excellent

Great location to be in the heart of the old city. Pool suite was lovely and luxurious. Staff were extremely helpful. Gave good recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities.

Main pool and private pool in the shade all day, small rooftop terrace to sunbathe. Lots of mosquitoes in Chiang Mai so be prepared. Could hear other guests walking past our suite.

We actually enjoyed our stay, just hope the used tissue paper incident will not happen to others again.

The room size is spacious, the breakfast is awesome and warm swimming is good for the chilly morning in Dec.

My husband found a used tissue paper in the bathrobe pocket when he wanted to wear it. We are wondering if the roomkeeper changed it after the previous visitors checked out.
