Wish the room paralleled the restaurant. Commend the employees; all were working at 110%.

Hotel decor/design, restaurant, beds

Bare minimum room for high-end hotel; no counterspace or magnifying mirror in bathroom; shower head mounted for 7-foot-tall person; too pricey for parking-structure view; paper cups for coffee? Basically, cheapie room.

Overall it was a 9/10 stay! Great & friendly staff & beautiful room! The only issue we had was upon check in

Disappointing

Pool, workout facility and pool bartender.

Not to the level of other Westin properties. Food quality average to poor. Service very average. Beautiful facility with Denny's service.

Adequate.

Bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Bathroom towels were adequate, however bathroom amenities were very limited. Staff members that I interacted with were very helpful and courteous.

Room lighting was poor - two light fixtures did not work, leaving the room poorly illuminated. The automatic (?) window coverings did not work, and I felt my privacy compromised. Room service for breakfast was a shock - delivered in a brown paper shopping bag with coffee, toast, etc., in paper cup and plastic boxes. I guess this type of "service" saves the expense of dirty dishes accumulating throughout the hotel, but the charge of $33.00 for my room service breakfast was also a shock!

Exceptional

Prime location and great rooms!

Prime location, convenient parking, spacious and clean rooms. Stayed here because of convenience to Rose Bowl event. Would recommend staying here to anyone!
