Awesome place and location to stay if you visit LA area.

- no room cleaning - no towel change (only on request at reception) - internet is not free - the hotel parking is around $27 for a day, next to the hotel there is a parking garage. The daily parking is only $15

despite being very clean and tidy the hotel was very tired, needs a make over, threadbare carpets, tatty walls and paintwork, would have been a nice business hotel 15 / 20 years ago and considering the room rate it should have been a bit more up to date

The pool was a nice spot also very small pool the gym was updated nicely there wasn't a lot of chlorine in the hot tub which was nice A lot of times you're jumping up hot tub full of boiling bleach

The rooms are so small that you cannot comfortably open up the sleeper bed which is the couch it's the smallest Embassy Suites I've ever stayed in is the fire hazard the way that the room is set up the TVs have to go on the wall in order to be able to move properly in the room very old and very small not up to date whatsoever as far as mobility in the bed in the room unlike any other Embassy Suites I've ever stayed at

The room was top tier! LOVED IT! I am definitely coming back, and the guy at the front desk, I can't remember his name I think it was john, or rudy, or Idk but he had a red shirt on and wore glasses that day he was very helpful!

Overall it was a comfortable room with space to improve.

Room location, clean, hospitable staff.

Breakfast was so so. Bedding was mediocre. Didnt try the bar or the restaurant.

The bathroom made a noise/ old plumbing maybe and. I kept hearing a nose from the shower like water leaking but there was no leak about showers from the next room?

I liked how they included breakfast every morning at no charge. The addition of having a bar card that allows you to have a couple of complimentary drinks at no charge during happy hour was really cool. (Stayed Aug 2023)

Only compliant is the pool was shallow. That's it, everything else met my expectations.

We like the location in regards to our travel needs. We enjoy the evening reception and like the hot breakfast.

The facilities are in need of upgrades and repair. The bed was lumpy. There was a noise all night that sounded like the toilet was running; in fact we thought the toilet was running but it wasnt and we couldnt pinpoint the source of the noise.
