great location. vcomfortable bed.

day one: the tap in both the sink and shower gave only very hot (no cold) water. we informed the front desk then went out to dinner. we assumed the problem was fixed. nope. the next morning, only hot water again - so hot we could not shower. after we informed the front desk again, the engineering staff made some adjustments and the water was cool enough to shower. but on day two, we now had no hot water ! our shower was cool-to-lukewarm. on check out we informed the front desk. the gentleman said he would inform the manager; we never heard anything further.

If you use ur credit card they well keep take money from it with out any notice even u pay ur bills every time they said sorry by mistake but I pay 1200 $ for my room next day the take 1300 $ when I asked them why they said sorry by mistake also they take money from my friend 532 dollars also by mistake man they scrow my trip 5 days like a hell bro

Great views. Seems like Westin is relying on the staff to provide a good experience instead of investing in the property

The views of the river are amazing. The valet staff was awesome.

Suite was a bit shabby. Some of the front desk staff were cold. The bed was awful, which was ultimately why we went with Westin. The soap/shampoo/conditioner were very precariously adhered to the wall and fell on my husbands foot, bruising his toe

Very good

It was a great experience except for the noise from elevators

The location was great and the staff was wonderful It was my birthday trip and the staff greeted us with such a lovely smile and hospitality. We had bottle of champagne sent to our room which was very nicely done

Were in room near the elevators and I would not recommend that. The noise from them kept us up during the night and when we asked about if it was normal to hear so much noise from them, the answer was yes we know it affected our sleep and our experience of the hotel. Everything else was very great but this was a huge disappointment as we upgraded to this room and we kinda thought afterwards that it was big mistake to pay extra for this kind of upgrade.
