The staff at Hyatt Centric French Quarter are friendly and provide good service, although the bartender was not accommodating. The room was wheelchair accessible but the bathroom needed updating. The (Read More) hotel is conveniently located near Bourbon Street, but noise can be an issue. The breakfast and drinks at the hotel were delicious. The rooms could use some refreshing, but overall it is a comfortable and convenient choice for a stay in New Orleans.

Over all it was wonderful

The menu selection was good The staff was friendly;except for one( new year front desk person that was on duty after mid night was a little condescending) my husband was pick pocketed st Jackson Square, she did not seem to care....security told us he didn't know if there was a police station nearby. Being out of town we didn't know what number to call/dial to file a report, so we just call 911 Room service and restaurant staff was outstanding.

Almost everything within walking distance in the French Quarter, but away from the craziness.

My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend (check-in Thursday afternoon, check-out Monday morning). First time in NOLA, but researched properties and this one stood out on Booking.com for its location and list of services. It did not disappoint! The staff (valet, bellhop, desk clerk, housekeeping) all worked together extremely well. I observed them speaking with each other on small portable radios when I asked a question or made a request, so that they could coordinate with one another.

A couple of the valet people ghosted. Most were ultra reliable and friendly, and kept up with demand even during high demand times (there was a Saints home game Sunday). But one or two of the guys were hard to locate.

Best hotel I've stayed at in NOLA

The lady who checked us in was super sweet and friendly! The room was very nice and the balcony was clean. Even being so close to Bourbon Street, it wasn't super loud inside the room. The valet was quick when retrieving our car. Overall, it was a wonderful experience here. I've stayed at 3 other hotels in the area, but this is by far my favorite, and I will most likely stay here again. Highly recommend.
