326 room is the loudest room with elevator going non stop all night

Exceptional

Awesome if your going to enjoying Bourbon St nightlife.

Central to Bourbon St. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect if your going to enjoy in the nightlife. We had a good room as it was on the top floor and you couldnt hear anything from outside.

It was nice and different, but it could have been better.

The location was perfect. Everything was in walking distance.

The shower was lose from the wall. The balcony was not in a good position to see all of bourbon street. The breakfast was only limited to just a few things on the menu. They were very under staffed and slow. I feel it would have been better with a buffet breakfast.

they charged me much more than what is written on the bill. the heating did not work, they came to fix it on the last day. breakfast to order, poor choice, paid. shared balcony, paid individually.

Love everything about this hotel! The BEST location, large comfortable rooms, friendly staff. My second time staying here, and I highly recommend.

Find an independent boutique hotel for the price- you wont regret it!

Nothing to be honest- so many better options out there in the French Quarter.

Staff was rude, facilities were dated, felt like a cheap motel room.

Convenient location but lots of noise and not a lot of on site options for a simple breakfast etc.

Property had very comfortable beds.

Property was extremely noisy, we stayed on weeknights (not the weekend) and had to sleep with ear plugs in every night purely from the noise from nearby venues and the drummers on the streets drumming on plastic buckets. The cafe/restaurant food available at the hotel was extremely limited and was not nice, it was just low quality stuff with no nutritional substance. Hotel still hasnt responded to me about a package arriving under my name that was due there before I checked in.

The staff were exceptional. Lobby was spacious and inviting.

Fridge didn't work.The Bathroom was much too small; Not big enough for 2 people unless one was standing in the bathtub. I also expected a better balcony given the cost of the room. No privacy, more of a walkway really; and not so much as a chair.

Nostalgic, but not worth the money

Staff was great. The hotel itself is nice & in what should be a fun location.

Well lets see, there was the Latin club across the street blasting music insanely loud until 3 or 4 am, the pot smell all over the inside of the hotel and the balcony, the shady and sketchy overall appearance of many of the guests, and that we paid a premium for a bourbon street balcony and just got one of the tiny ones barely large enough for two adults
