Superb

Nice, convenient stay in a comfortable hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located very close to the stadium which was perfect because we were in town for the Sugar Bowl. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The bar area was fun, and the 8 Block restaurant/bar had tasty food.

I decided to eat the breakfast buffet one morning. The food was fine but not among the best buffets I've had. Also, there didn't appear to be enough staff. It took a couple of the tables next to me and me until we were almost done with our meals before anyone even offered water.

Superb

Very good overall except comfort of bed.

It was very convenient to the superdome. Good places around to eat.

The bed in our room was horrible. You could hear the springs every time you moved around in/on the bed. Mattress had 2 body dips in it.

Hotel staff, bell service, bar and checkout was superb.

Check-in was a disaster. Incompetent staff didn't know what she was doing. Could even find the reservation for two rooms that were booked. Didn't explain the extra charges and had to change the rooms because she said they were adjoining but were on the other side of the floor. Should have known the hotel room layout. Check-in should have been no more than 5 minutes but took almost an hour. Also no housekeeping service although we requested it at check-in.

Superb

Incredible lobby and ballroom space. Very grand. Location is ideal. Away from the noise of the quarter, but within walking distance. Room was clean and had a nice view.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Rooms are a little dated. Not much to complain about.

Staying at the Hyatt was enjoyable and relaxing.

The city view was amazing. Especially at night seeing the city lights

I did not like the parking. I thin the Hyatt needs it's own location for parking. Parking can get very expensive.

The breakfast was amazing. Staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. The top floor gym has amazing views, lots of equipment, and spacious. It was my birthday and the manager (Benson) was kind to upgrade my room that has amazing views on the 25th floor. I would definitely come back on my next trip to NOLA

The pool was closed during winter season even though it was fairly warm and the pool is heated. They should consider having it open during this time. The cleaning service could be better trained to clear dirty glasses and be more thorough.

One night stay.

The location was great for the purpose of my stay. It was also close to alot of restaurants and stadiums. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a nice hotel and family friendly.

The fees add up quickly, so there were some unexpected fees when we arrived for check-in and different in my bank account after checkout. My reservation stated $171, however, we paid right under $300 after the fees were added. In addition to that amount, there was another fee for parking. The crawfish pizza we order was a bit soggy, so we weren't happy about that either.
