Overall great considering that I booked 24 hrs before arriving there - but they messed up my room. had 2 single beds, pa

location, staff Hotel manager really makes an effort to talk to guests.

Facilities (rooms, pool area, gym) are ok but definitely a bit old. I know what other hotels in that area have to offer. better value for money somewhere else

An enjoyable stay!

The room is very spacious, lots of tabletop to put your shopping items. Love the breakfast buffet, wide selection of local and international choices, especially the fruit juices with fresh coconut too!

My room face the train tracks and can hear the train pass by faintly. But after a while get use to it.

Location was very good. Close to BTS. Staff at concierge were excellent and very helpful. Housekeeping staff good. Rooms large and comfortable

Property was much older than expected. Staff at checkin desk were not helpful and language seemed to be an issue Swimming pool area needs upgrade

I will always choose this hotel again & again.

Dude, Everything was perfect. The location was most convenient. The BTS train station was right beside the hotel. The suite was big enough to accommodate my family of 4(Son 12, Daughter 5). The hotel gave us so much food in breakfast that I could not decide what to eatlots of options. Also, the club access allowed us to save money for dinner. Again lots of options. LOVED It. P.S. The Weekly pool party was Free entry for the guests. A complimentary bottle of wine and a tray full of cheese and dry fruits on the day of check-in.

I cannot think of one.
