Location, staff was friendly.

On Sunday no cook available, buffet was almost empty. Tables dirty, 56 dollars spent and we only ate parfaits.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. It was an overall positive visit.

Directions from the parking garage to check in could have been more clear. It was easy to get lost upon arrival.

Our maps took us to the back of the building. Some sort of signs to let us know where the entrance or valet was around the corner wouldve helped but we figured it out easily.

Superb

Westin always delivers on comforts.

Downtown location was great. Nice, well appointed rooms with comfortable beds.

Coffee shop on premises was not run well. No food, understaffed, I paid for sandwich, they didnt have it so I had a pastry. No burritos, no refund etc. I didnt fuss because there was a long line. We maybe shouldve tried the restaurant.

I have taken my do. Here ever year to buy school clothes. This was his freshman year. Sadly it will be the last.

Upon check in I was greeted by a lady who was not knowledgeable about the hotel booking system . I was double charged for my room with a pro Use that it would, fall off. In fact it did not.

Customer service in resolving the issue was problematic at best
