Superb

Really love the spirit of this place

Really Nice Decoration hotel. Entering the room smells clean. My best friend and I spent a really nice weekend in the 2 double bed bedroom. Warm Welcome. Possible to have access to the sister hotel haven which is nice also. Free coffee and tea at the reception for the morning. I will definetely coming back

A) the property was not photographed; B) there were bugs in the room; C) the sheets were filthy and appeared to have some sort of bug dropping; D) the drain was off of the shower; F) the hotel is essentially a mobile home; G) the over all room was not clean. They transferred us to another room at 1:30 a.m. - we checked out the next morning - have requested a credit and hotel refused - had to cut our trip short because we could not stay in the hotel for fee that the bug dropping on the sheets were from bed bugs

Clean rooms, convenient location, lots of outdoor activities to enjoy, nice, responsive staff.

Room a little tight for 3. Beds-/pillows could be more comfy.

We decided not to stay and we were not in the room for one second. We asked for a refund and management said no. In my world the "customer is always right" - and in an effort to keep repeat business - you try and compromise or work with the customer in order to make amends. Management just flat out said no refund period. I will never go back and would tell people not to choose this place as it is not the place you see on the site.

A bit more work that I expected...getting over to the state beach to experience the ocean.

The staff and the property...and The amenities and the ability to borrow a beach umbrella

That it is on the "bay/lake" side and not the ocean side of Montauk and that the beach was not exactly connected to the hotel. The online advertising is a bit misleading,
