Poor

Bring Fido lists the hotel as being pet friendly and my administrative assistant booked it for me and my small dog for a work trip. After checking in around 4 I was told at 10 pm my dog couldnt stay and even though I had pre paid for the room I had to find other accommodations at 10 pm in Montauk.

Superb

Overall was amazed at the value and had a great overall experience. Pool, beach, town all together

Right on the beach, not too crowded. Nice warm pool. Proximity to town. Very close to supermarket too. Very nice staff. Kitchen in room. Bedding fresh and new. Grills on deck. Great value.

Wish the mattress was a little better quality. Thats it.

High price for a small, clean, dated, but adequate room, but consistent with the area,

On the ocean. Nice patio opening out from room. Close to town within walking distance. Comfortable mattress.

Small room. Tiny shower . Clean room, but dated. Dirty hallway.

thankfully we didn't spend much time in the room. paying for the view.

the view was very nice and walking distance to Town.

the room was small and one bed was too close to the AC which was very loud. There were ants in our room and the outside balcony. Bathroom was very tiny and outdated.
