It was clean

I found ONE flat red bug crawling on the couch. I wasn't sure if it was a tick or a bed bug so I had to double check everything. I didn't sleep comfortably and left first thing in the morning.

The room had a very nice early 2000s feel, and you could open the door and hear the waves

Great place had everything I needed would definitely recommend

Location, nice unit clean and well stocked had full fridge and utensil

Blinds in bedroom didnt work, unit needed some cosmetic work

Location was Only good If were across street on water it would be primo . Clean and well cleaned .

Stress free, refreshing and comfortable

Great in house ammeneties including two TVs and ample cooking options Perfect for stocking up from the supermarket

Small negatives but pillows were a bit soft and couch cushions wouldve been a nice addition

Montauk on business

I liked the location being near the beach and businesses. Convenient location with parking. The room was cozy and had all facilities in one space.

The price was a little of a hindrance even though it was lowest in area. Some lights were not working.

Good

It was good for a short stay!

The location was perfect close to the beach and close to all our favorite spots. Weve been doing MTK every year for a while now.

The AC noise kept me up all night turning on and off. It was a distraction. Also, whoever was above us was so loud and with a 20 month old it was frustrating.
