Majestic, jaw dropped and elegance

The King bunk bed, interior deco from aisle lobby til the hotel room 365 interior design n restaurant, ladies n gents, coffee machine, head to toe bathrobe. David, bartender staff had shown skills at the lounge. All staffs are very polite and highly courteous

We would have greatly appreciate to be givenn 8th or 7th floor considering we are suites n able to see some outdoor fireworks view from the hotel room

1.Their bathroom was really neat and clean as well as comfortable to use. 2. The design of the room was not bad quite good in fact. 3. The Tea/coffee maker was great.

1. The bed design wasn't that great cos I had a double deck bed in the room I was staying in which was quite small to fit a double deck bed it makes less space to walk/ move around the room plus the bed didn't really face the TV well. 2. The door lock was a bit old. 3. There is no wardrobe in the room. it will be better if they put a small wardrobe inside the room 4. There is no swimming pool, Gym as well as no In room dining services as a 5 stars hotel at least have 2 out of the 3 facilities above.

Great for the novelty, would not stay again because of the service

Appreciated the decor

Terrible front desk service- one of the rudest front desk people I have ever come across in many years of travelling The rooms are too small the shower is so small in one of the rooms you can't even dry yourself Everyday the breakfast was incomplete. Despite arriving early, they had run out of everything we ordered. Thsi happened every day. They are very unprepared.

Its a good hotel for a single person or a couple definitely not for a family. Stop false advertising

The breakfast was good and yummy. They did have a good variety of selections for vegetarians. The staff was friendly, honest, and helpful.

The room is very very small. This was the smallest room we ever stayed in our whole life. It wasn't big enough for a family of four at all. Even we were struggling to find a room for our luggages. The money spent on this hotel is not worth it, According to the size of the room and bathroom. Also, the hotel has charged us twice from our two different bank cards for one booking, still trying to get this sorted out but getting nowhere with the hotel. very disappointing.
