Overall we had an excellent stay.

Breakfast was good as was overall service. Honesty bar was good but better control of the bill for drinks could be improved.

No Mirror in the bedroom caused my wife problems getting ready/using hair drier etc.

Lovely hotel. Went for New Year. Staff went over and beyond for their customers. Enjoyed the breakfasts!

The pictures on Booking appear like it's in a remote area. Unfortunately, it's in a student area so I feel slightly ripped off due to the marketing. The room I stayed in was much smaller than I anticipated, which was underwhelming. It was quite noisy in my room so I could hear staff walking. Value for money wasn't great but lesson learned and I'll be sure to check online maps before I book a place and spend a lot of money.

Slightly disappointing

I dont think the price matched the quality of my room to be honest. The room was small and I could songs of wear and tear. Also I could hear other guests which make it difficult to sleep.

Overall a nice stay

The building itself is beautiful with easy parking all over the university campus. Both rooms we had were very clean and comfortable. And I liked their toiletries brand very much! Walkable distance to city centre and cheap Uber rates as well.

Breakfast room is small. We had to queue for half an hour to get in. It would be better that guests could reserve their breakfast time slots to avoid the waiting. We had breakfast there three mornings, two out of those three mornings they took my orders wrong.
