Overall, guests had a pleasant experience at The Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa. They enjoyed the great amenities, including the pool and bar area. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options for b (Read More)oth vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Some guests had minor issues with room lights, but they were quickly resolved by the staff. The hotel is in a great location near Patong beach and has clean and spacious rooms. The only drawbacks mentioned were the fast-closing lift and slightly dated rooms. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Decent overall

Overall, a nice place to stay. Good room, good aircon, good location.

Disorganised layout at breakfast. Lack of cleaning around the pool area. Many staff with a walk on by attitude to litter being there for days.

Convenient location near the beach

Location was good. Walking distance to Patong Beach and Bangla Road. There are tonnes of shops as soon as you step out of the hotel, very easy and accessible to get anything. Even though its close to bangla road, its away from the noise.

Same as the previous visit, but with a suite. Looked very nice, even felt homey.

Hot water sometimes fluctuates in temperature, depending on the time you take the shower (seemingly, not sure).

Good stay, good staff, no actual complaints.

Cleanliness was high, service was high. Very professional hotel. Rooms were clean, stuff looked pretty new.

Its a bit pricy in comparison, but one of the cleanest places here, so it balances out. Note; was during Christmas and NYE.

Everything was awesome except room 1911

The location and the outdoor pool. Staff were friendly

Room 1911 - Shower had no pressure especially when you want it warm. Power went out too many times to count. 1 singular light in the room stays on, you can turn it off, but itll only turn back on. Air con consistently would reset its self. Easily the worst hotel room Ive ever stayed in
