The Rim Chiang Mai is a charming resort with a great location and clean rooms. The staff is polite and helpful, and the breakfast is lovely. The hotel has a beautiful decor that is in harmony with th (Read More)e environment. The rooms are spacious and offer views of the garden. However, some guests found the pool too cold and experienced mosquitoes at night. The hotel's wifi speed is slow, the shower water temperature is inconsistent, and the light switches are inconveniently scattered. The food options and pool cleanliness could be improved. Overall, it is a pleasant hotel with excellent service.

A beautiful calm boutique hotel .. quiet & no busy noise but also easy walking distance to many cool cafes, bars & also traditional Thai food stops. A red cab is so easy to flag down out the front & cheap

It was ok but wouldnt book again.

Overall it was okay. I was disappointed compared to photos I had seen when booking. The location was good. Breakfast was good. We had a problem with the shower which the staff fixed really quickly.

It was very shabby. The room itself was nice and the room was clean but there was a lot of mould on the buildings outside - it all needed a lick of paint. The pool looked a bit murky and again there was mould on the surrounding pool area.

Fantastic stay would recommend to others.

Room was large with a balcony to sit on. The view over the pool was peaceful. The staff were always friendly, cheerful and very helpful, both tours recommended by the staff were exceptional. The food in The Canal restaurant for breakfast and other meals was great.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Hot water was a bit inconsistent.
