Very poor

Hugely disappointing and not as described on the Booking.com advertisement

The staff were helpful and understanding when we had to leave our stay early because the room was dirty. They processsed our refund immediately.

The hotel is not as described in the Booking.com advertisement - they could not be more different. The hotel depicts itself to be a 5 star boutique hotel in Bangkok, the reality is the hotel is more like a hostel than a hotel. Our room was not properly cleaned by the cleaners so there was hair and dust on the floor everywhere. The rooms are on a very noisy main road, breakfast is cold (even the hot food) and the location is about 15 minutes away from bangkok centre. We had flown in from London after 12 hours of flying to arrive at the hotel was very disappointing so we had to check out after one night and find a much better hotel.

Not a 5 star hotel

The Staff was nice, the pool area despite being small is aso very charming with all the trees surrounding it. The breakfast is basic and quite ok, but it would be nicer if they could variate it.

In the description it was supposed to be a 5 star hotel, this place is far away from it, it is basically a 3/4 star hotel max. The room was small (which is ok, since you read the size of it) but the thing that annoyed us the most was the smell of humidity, since the room does not have windows (only a fake one which we did not realise) we could of course not refresh it so the humidity would never leave. The shower did not have good pressure and it was always falling down from the fixture, there are too many details that need to be curated for it to be considered a 5 star hotel. The pictures are definitely better than the reality.

Very average. Poor value for money compared to what you can get in Bangkok

Staff were nice

Cold water in the shower. I complained and was told it was warm. Dated and questionably clean. Poor location , breakfast very average. Non alcohol - checking your room for a damages before you leave really ??

Great stay and lovely staff

The staff was very nice and helpful. Always very attentive. The garden is very peaceful in the evening.

The breakfast was ok. There was construction so a lot of noise during the morning-afternoon hours.

Very clean and comfortable. The amenities are amazing and the staff is super friendly. It's a little far from CBD but that is to it's benefit and it has many temples around (close).

The view could be better, but honestly everything else more than made up for it.

This hotel is a lovely hidden gem and I loved that I could enjoy a range of massages treatments on site. The staff were super friendly, professional, and helpful As a solo traveller and first time visiting Thailand, they made my whole stay feel awesome!
