Dont be put off by the name

The name of this hotel very nearly put us off and we werent really sure what you expect upon arrival but Im glad it didnt as we actually had a very good stay. The location is ok if you want to be near Phuket Town and Old Phuket Town. The rooms were spacious and had a kitchen area and bathroom. Rooms were clean and you got bottles of water everyday. You can opt out of having your room cleaned. There is a 300 baht deposit you have to pay on arrival. AC worked well. Cant comment on the pool as we didnt use.

Few bugs in bathroom but this can be solved by keeping the door closed into kitchen and bathroom area.

Splendid and quiet place but do not rent motorbike from them

Splendid and quiet place to stay in Phuket. Room are spacious and clean. Beautiful swimming pool even if it was green the first day we arrived. Owner is very friendly, I really liked her until our stay got ruined because of a scam from the motorbike agency she hired for us.

Got two single beds instead of a double. Very loud air conditioning. We hired a motorbike from the hotel for a day but it had the front brake broken. She ordered another one from another agency but this one scammed us 700 bat The hotel should be responsible from the unprofessionalism of the places it is working with.

Terrible and upsetting

The WiFi was ok

Very upset with owner we had planned and paid to stay 14 days but unfortunately on first day we had to rush home due to a death in the family which we explained fully to owner and he didnt seem very understanding and when asked for refund for the 13 days under the circumstances he only refunded 50% when made our upsetting time even worse also there was gaps on the door which let in insects and mossys which was bad kitchen was not a kitchen as there was no cooking facilities

Absolutely amazing :)

I loved the passion nest, lovely hotel with lovely friendly staff. They have a washing machine which you can pay 40 baht to use which I think is great!! Would definitely stay here again :)

Everything was perfect apart from the first couple days the pool was not very clean and very green murky water - however on our second to last day there, this was cleaned and all blue and fresh again :)
