Review 1: Perfect hotel for families with kids, offering a large water park and decent breakfast options. The gym was clean and there's a pet parrot in the lobby. Walls are not soundproof, but the ho (Read More)tel is mostly quiet. Nearby activities include downtown Gatlinburg and Roaring Fork scenic route. Review 2: Very nice hotel, everything was clean. Staff, especially Isaac and Melinda, were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was organized with quality food. Water park was cold and lacked towels. Pros include walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg, ample parking, and free breakfast. Review 3: Highlight was seeing a bear outside while using the hot tub. Rooms are small for more than two people. Internet is not good, but there's a nice indoor water slide. Grounds are decent, but not pet-friendly. Hotel is located on a side street with good walkability to the strip. Review 4: Hotel is located in a good spot with walkability to food places and attractions. The rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Fitness center was well-maintained. Overall, a great stay with no complaints.

Its a great location, just a block or so from all the shops/restaurants. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent stay!!! Friendly staff!!! Great location
Breakfast was excellent!! Something different everyday and the family loved it!! The room was spacious and I finally got a 1st floor room!!! As for the cleanliness, it was beyond our expectations, from the entrance to our room and dinning area, you guys did a great job!
Of course we all want to save money, but understood that we where going there for Christmas. The overall experience was great!!! From check in, to check out.

Staff is helpful. Kids enjoyed the parrots encounter on Tuesday. They worked hard to keep the public area clean.
During the two nights stayed, the water heating of the water park was off. There's a water shut off for leakage repairs. The bath room was acceptable but could use a throughout clean.

Overall good stay
Great breakfast, very close to everything, was able to walk everywhere.
Waterpark was not heated, very cold. Shower did not get very hot.
