Very poor

Poor villa and poor service.

Service was very poor. Nobody to greet at the villa and show you around (as in all other cases of renting a villa). We only got access to the keys after sending a message to remind them we were at the villa. We had no water for a full day when we arrived. It was reported at 8 a.m. and after checking again at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. we still had to wait until 6 p.m before the water was turned on, after which we had to wait until 8 p.m before the water was available to use. This is not acceptable especially when travelling with a 2 year old child. No electricity for half a day after the kettle blew up half way through the week and was not replaced (despite being promised every day for 3 days). Villa was dirty (cobwebs everywhere, floor never been cleaned), we even had mushrooms growing in the kitchen. The pool was not usable because it was so dirty (the weather was great so would have liked a dip). Half of the BBQ by the pool is missing so if we had used it any fat from the food would have hit the floor (or your toes). Weeds everywhere in the area around the pool. There were many broken items (including a bed which collapsed and holes in a large window). The kitchen worktop dips alarmingly in the middle by the cooker. The hob is not level and the cupboards around the oven don't fit properly. 1 bedroom didn't have curtains or anywhere to hang them. It also had a large gap between the wall and the door frame. It is not on a quiet road as per description. It is on a noisy, busy road, not quiet at all (5 regular bus routes), especially as the windows didn't all fit correctly. Insufficient glasses (half from this years wine festival) and mugs. Shower in main bathroom not worth using and the one downstairs has no shower curtain so floods the room. The TV has no channels so you have an option of Youtube or Netflix. But the connection between the telly and the wifi keeps dropping every half an hour. I have pictures of the above issues and documented WhatsApp chats.

Good, comfy villa for bigger group with decent amenities.

Nice place in quiet street and close to many small shops and just a quick uber drive to any town and beach. Loved the pool area as well and spent most of the time in the villa here.

When we stayed here there was some issues with the water resulting in us having zero water for over 24 hours. No shower, no toilet and only one sink (in kitchen). We gave notice the evening it happened and was not fixed until late evening the day after. Even then it was limited water supply
