The property was clean and had everything we required for our stay. The pool + area was spotless. Eddie and his team were on hand for anything we needed. Will definitely book in again!

Great sized villa for 12, with lovely views and good location to explore Malta or relax by the pool.

Eddy met us at the Villa and let us in earlier than expected. Gave us a tour of the villa and an explanation about where everything was and worked. Eddy also gave us information on the area shops, beaches, restaurants etc. A very personalised greeting and an exceptional host throughout our stay. We would all definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was just perfect. This is definitely a hidden gem and worth every penny. All of us were surprised and impressed by the villa, especially in terms of size and location. If you look at the pictures here on booking.com and already feel like it's a nice house, wait until you are there! It's just outstanding and I would always return to this place immediately. Even though we came to Malta to visit the island, we hardly wanted to leave the house and pool area, as it was so beautiful and quiet as well.

The property is massive, well furnished and cleaned, it sits on an hilltop with a stunning view of the bay below, absolutely fabulous as a place. The owner is very amicable and always available for any issue at hand, he even answered late at night when we had a problem.

Its really quite perfect I dont have any issue with it

The best villa that we stayed in so far. Amazing view especially in the morning for coffee. Massive outdoor area with larger than usual pool, nice outdoor bar with music BBQ free lemons and oranges fresh from the garden.The place was sparkling clean with very comfortable beds and sofas. We didn't want to leave :) Eddie and Marina are super friendly couple that helped us with everything.Nice touches everywhere. Well done guys, keep up with the good work, We are definitely coming back and recommend you everywhere.

Lovely luxury property with great view

Excellent location. Near the beach and with an amazing view. Facilities were first class and our hosts took plenty of time to explain them all to us. Nice little touches like the option of ambient music around the pool from the provided ipad. All the rooms a decent size. Good WiFi, towels provided, clean house, free parking, PS4 for the kids .... basically we were a group of 12 and we all agree we would stay here again.
