Disappointing

Bearable for a day and a half. Would never return.

The location of the hotel suited my needs well. An easy walk from the train station; an easy walk to the Barnes Foundation collection.

Room was not perfectly clean upon arrival; toiletries minimal; coffee machine worked poorly; furnishings ugly and inconvenient (had to get out of bed to turn off bedside lamp). WORST a deceptive "free" WiFi system that required signing up to Hilton's network. Additionally, the system didn't was down when I tried to sign up and the front desk had to do it for me. This is a business hotel!!! I travel throughout the world and have never encountered such an intrusive, complicated and disfunctional WiFi system. This alone has put me off from staying at a Hilton hotel.

Couldn't have been better!

Urban Farmer: food was very good and the tables were spaced out so it was not noisy. Room, lobby were large and appealing. Ease of getting transportation. Proximity to the Barnes, Rodin, and PMA

Fabulous place and location

The location of the hotel was absolutely very good! The breakfast was wonderful with many options for kids and adults The staff was very friendly and helpful The small coffee place was a smart idea to buy drinks and patisserie during the morning before were ready to go to breakfast and for people who didnt payed for breakfast The library was amazing, we loved it

The blanked on the bed was looks very poor with out a proper cover which was not comfortable The beds was so small for 4 people in a one room This is what we were offered by booking Other options was not even expecting in the hotel The reception was offered an upgrade for additional cost We refused to take it

This was a free night for us to use our points. I am glad we didnt pay for it.

Location

Old, dated, dusty room, coffee maker had dust in it, bed wasnt great, hallways are dirty and werent vacuumed very well.

Close to a lot of bars, restaurants, Christmas Village, staff was very friendly

Rooms seem dated, no exhaust fan in bathroom, rooftop bar was closed for a private event two days in a row

It was ok. I would not book again.

Pool, staff friendliness

Rooms were very outdated and worn. Also, the rooftop lounge people were rude. We were visiting for my daughters birthday and wanted to take a picture of the view from the roof. They wouldnt let us because she is not 21. We were not trying to get served anything, just wanted a picture. It is a selling point of the hotel that we were not able to take advantage of at all for even a quick pic.

Our stay was fun filled and comfortable.

The location is just steps away from museums, places of interest and restaurants. Not only the hotel is lovely, the facilities are clean and inviting, most of all, staff are warm and helpful.

None that I can think of.

Terrible experience.

Room I book was not available for my stay. Was only made aware when I got to the front desk to check in. Did not stay at the location because of this.

Keep the room I booked available. Thats the point of a reservation.
