This apartment was exactly as pictured and described. It was perfect for a family visit to Philly and super well located. I was super impressed with the linens and bedding which were soft and high quality...just like home.

Nice place to stay.

Great place to stay. Lots of room compared to a hotel. Safe and secure location The only complaint I have is that multiple electrical outlets either didn't work or were not secure in the wall, were loose which was concerning.

The amenities were amazing & the location is right in the hub of everything

Philadelphia has lots of hotels but this place offers so much more. My one bedroom apartment was great and check out the facilities on 3rd floor.....you will live it!

For the amount we paid I did expect the room to be serviced and cleaned and receive clean sheets.

Spacious and clean. However was not cleaned for the duration we stayed at the hotel. We were there for 8 days with no clean sheets ect. We constantly had to ask for refuse bags which I thought should have been there. We got there early and that staff over committed by stating they would get the place ready for us sooner. Took hours so we checked in at the time we were allowed to. So not earlier.

The room we were assigned was nothing like the photos. The furniture was old and shabby, there was no writing table where one could work, and there was a musty smell that we could not get rid of. We saw that other rooms looked much better and similar to the photos so we asked to change the room- but there was never any follow-up.

Disappointing

Location was great, but would not stay here again for the value.

Great location in East Market part of Philly. Lots to do within walking distance.

Seemed like a newer building, however the I bedroom apartment I was in was dirty, had visible water damage. The bathtub shower had a filthy moving glass partition that had mold and also allowed water to go everywhere when showering. The positive was the great water flow. The floors were dirty. The bed linens were clean and comfortable.

Only the picture looked good

Reality is far from those pictures. It smells bad the moment you get on the elevator and beyond. The furniture is fully depreciated. The staff is unhelpful. I would prefer going to a hotel with quarter the size of this one rather than staying here at all. And yeah, just note that the highest floor is 6 and all views are taking from higher floors which are residential not hotel. Stay away if you can.
