Poor

Great location and nice-looking hotel.

Room not ready at 4 pm. Small and only separated from the neighbors' by a door which made it extremely noisy. Breakfast was slow and not very good.

My check in was on 12/31/23. One I arrived at the hotel for check in around 2:30 was told by 3 members of staff that they could not find my reservation even though I showed them my confirmation info and the date booked. They proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to wait for the manager to arrive to assist. Said he would arrive at 3pm Waited over 45 minutes until manager arrived. Staff was not accommodating or apologetic. Manager arrived attempted to explain the issue and still had to continue to wait. Did not comp for inconvenience. Stated staff could have helped sooner but for whatever reason did not. Also heating/cooling system was very noisy. Didnt get the best sleep. Room 911

I will definitely stay here again. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had!!

I honestly loved everything about this property. The location was amazing! The facilities were beautiful and clean.

Price. Would have been great to pay less but I would stay there again!

Great location, room and service within walking distance of great restaurants and attractions in Philadelphia.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, particularly the reception staff. The double room was a decent size and looked just like it did in the picture. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well designed.

The hotel restaurant was overpriced and although the wait staff were well trained and very friendly, it didnt make up for the food, which was just awful. All four meals that we ordered were inedible.

Very good

It was a lovely stay in a very safe area.

The location was great and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in a short amount of time. Also felt very safe there. We also went to the bar downstairs and had a nightcap. During the parade, we were able to go ahead and check out and store our luggage and come back for it later.

Our bathroom door didnt close all the way. A latch was put on that made the door stay open by about a foot. Luckily we had another door leading into the bedroom so we could close that door. It was our fault for not telling the hotel, but we were there for such a short time that we didnt want to take the time to deal with it.

The behavior of the reception employee on our arrival, the bathroom was not clean, full of toilet paper and although we were compensated with free breakfast it was poor variety and quality. The air conditioning really noisy if on to sleep at night.

Minor minor minor things but since you asked: an extra creamer or two with nespresso. An option to have included breakfast in room. Bathroom vanity lighting not the greatest (directly overhead creates weird shadows). Option to remove motion smoothing setting from TV (makes shows unwatchable).
