It was overpriced, theres construction being done currently and extra taxes were applied to the bill such as an urban experience tax.

Excellent, friendly, helpful Staff !!

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Very friendly and welcoming staff! We were greeted with a smile by a very enthusiastic staff. Everyone was smiling and happy despite having to work on a holiday!

Nice size big bathroom. Very comfortable bed. No distracting outside noise. Very polite staff.

I don't like having candy and snacks in the room. Too tempting!

Very very please and the food was amazing. Loved the young black girl at check in she was so sweet

There was a young African American man I think his. Name was Timothy, maybe in his 30s a small Afro and glasses I think. He was the first person to meet And greet my family when we pulled up and right from his introduction I could tell I would like this place and picked the right hotel. He was very friendly and great with my small son, he was patient and very accommodating and knowledgeable and being as tho I was in town to bury my mother he brightened our trip. He deserves a raise. Keep him on your staff.

Not much except trying to give my truck to the velvet, just the city traffic down there made it hard to find a place to safely park to get the family out and bags to give the car over. But guess that just comes with the great downtown location.

Excellent stay, 9 out of 10!

Room and location was perfect. Checkin and checkout was quick. The only negative was remodeling in the main lobby. Everyone was nice. Friendly staff, but the concierge Ivan was amazing!!! Thank you for your help Ivan!

We were not satisfied with the hotel bar hours. It closed early and we couldnt have a drink after dinner. It did not open early enough in the morning to have a Bloody Mary with breakfast. And the coffee in the room was not good.

Superb

The room was spacious, with a comfortable king bed and nice sitting area. Good-sized shower. Excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located in an upscale neighborhood near a wide variety f restaurants. It is somewhat far to the main historic tourist sites.
