Hotel in a great location, 10 second walk from the subway & right next to time square. All hotel staff were incredibly helpful, especially Diana part of the concierge team who went above and beyond to help with any requests or requirements we had. Rooms were really big & cleaned twice a day if required, no faults for the hotel at all and will definitely stay here again next time we're in New York.

Comfortable and well located.

Location was great. Rooms are large. Rooftop amazing!

Lobby a little small. Very busy. Coffee only available before 7am. No coffee maker in room. Hotel provided coffee make upon request, however it did not work.

Very clean, comfortable and customer service friendly. The hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere amid all the hustle and bustle of the city which was wonderful. The location was perfect and the rooms were modern and clean. We enjoyed the rooftop lounge, it was perfect to relax with a drink and take in the city lights. Will stay again.

From the 5th floor there was a little noise from the streets but I guess thats to be expected in the city nothing a little white noise app on your phone couldnt take care of.
