Unfortunately there is a mold problem in the rooms.

Daytime staff was very friendly.

Seems to be a management issue, because the property itself seems decent, but pm staff wasnt trained well enough to handle any questions, breakfast forgot part of our order (its part buffet and part a la carte) every morning, and serious mildew/mold problem in the room that was never dealt with due to internal miscommunication problems. The list really goes on, but I think thats enough for a general understanding. They also sent us out to go see a site that was supposed to be 20 minutes away, and it was literally a 2 hour drive. They arranged the car for us too, so there was no oversight, it was training related. I dont blame the staff though, I believe they did what they were told.

Great hotel, fair prices!

Hotel is located in Soi 7 where its very quiet and you dont hear anything from the busy streets around. Only a few minutes walking distance from soi 11 where you can find many bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Even Netflix!

Nice pool area, but not very big and only 7 or 8 sun beds. One day we didnt find a spot there, but wasnt a big deal as we wanted to explore the city.

Convenient location, clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

The location was very convenient to get to the Skytrain to get around Bangkok. Staff and breakfast staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was very spacious and bed very comfortable.

The shower could have been a bit cleaner. Rooftop bar could have been open a bit later than 10pm because we didnt get to enjoy it since we were visiting other parts of Bangkok during the day.

The cleanest and most convenient hotel of my trip

The hotel is great as a package: - it has a great location, just a few mins walking distance to Nana BTS station and tonnes of restaurants, cafes and a few malls. - it was super clean! I did not meet the staff cleaning the rooms but whoever s/he is, s/he is doing a great job. This was my third hotel in my Thailand trip and by far the cleanest one! - staff is also great! They are very kind and helpful, also welcoming you with a big smile on their faces. What else can you expect? - although it is close to a very busy and noisy street, it is still far enough for a good night sleep.

Excellent location at Nana area in a quiet place with a good room and excellent breakfast!!!

Breakfast was very good. The choices of fillings of omelettes and scramle eggs were good. The location was excellent close to Nana station but at a silent street with no noisy from bars. Swimming pool on the roof with a bar was excellent.
