Superb

Great location and service, clean , friendly staff, very accommodating, rooftop bar has great sunset views. Called reception for extra water to be sent to the room and they arrived within 2 minutes.

Reception and staff were great and helpful. Location is really convenient and the beds are comfortable.

They need to add more chairs to the pool area there wasnt really ever anywhere to sit

It was ok but we wouldnt stay again

The location was spot on if you want to be right in amongst the action. In terms of feeling safe, you compromise on this due to the fact anyone from outside the hotel can easily access the outside rooms. We felt so unsafe we slept with a chair against the door

The rooms were accessible to the public, with it being new year the lounge area wasnt accessible. The pool is too small for the size of the hotel accommodation. Its a budget hotel which has a good location

Great hotel in the heart of Patong !!!

This is my 5th or 6th time staying at this hotel and would definitely stay in it next time. The location is centrally located in Patong and near to all the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean. The quality of food is good, and the staff are very friendly. The pool is big and excellent.

The lights in the bathroom are a bit dark but not a big issue to me.

The rooms, pool, and location were amazing! Staff spoke great English and were very helpful and attentive.

I didn't like that I had to leave.

Poor

I would not suggest staying at this hotel unless you want to be on the walking street. The room was old and not clean. The room was way below our expectations.
