Don't go there!

Staff were friendly

Everything, the room (the floor tiles were coming off), we had to check the sheets and force them to change, disgusting bathroom needing a lot of plumbing repair, flush doesn't work, taps leak, cramped and dysfunctional.

Not happy at all

Location breakfast was limited but good. Lady cooking was very helpful and polite

Not happy with the rooms at all basic hygiene aspects were not taken care of. My room did not have a wash basin. The WC was broken and the seat was falling. Towels were not kept in the room. We had to ask for it.

Only affordable range in that busy hollydays

Very bad Quilt for cold climate which even won't make u warm in cold temperature..not clean bed sheet and pillow cover..hot water is not strong for making warm bath..first and most reception..we came later night 1am even reception is closed and the guy woke up and give the 3 rooms key and go back to sleep..it was so cold night and we have alot of bags..none help us..when we go room we have to set up everything ourself..there is no bottled water only water on jug..we drink that because no other choice and I end up viral fever for a week

The water purifier is not working in this hotel. After reaching the hotel they cancelled the home which we booked and provided as a below average room

Mid week low price is value for money. It is tucked away at a quiet, remote corner so no traffic sounds etc.

Extremely remote location. A vehicle is a must - unless you are a serious trekker. No tea stalls, shops or stalls for at least over 1km, so go stocked up.

Cards not accepted by property. Staff not aware of their breakfast timing and give wrong commitments to guests. When we

Rooms were clean. Kitchen and dining area were dirty and badly maintained with rats running all over the kitchen.

Service is below standard. No proper parking. Was asked to move my car twice on the same night to accommodate more cars for parking in the same spot/area.
