The Heritage Hotel Galle Fort offers a perfect location within the fort, with spacious and comfortable rooms that showcase Dutch architecture. The dining hall is beautiful and the food is excellent. (Read More)The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel is secure and conveniently located, with walking distance access to all the attractions of Galle Fort. The rooms are clean and receive daily service. The breakfast is nice, but the buffet lacks variety. The hotel also offers a complimentary foot massage, and the spa is worth a visit. Overall, it is a great base to explore Galle Fort and surrounding areas.

Brilliant location right in the centre of Galle Fort. Quite, scenic colonial hotel with everything on its doorstep. Most wonderful restaurant and the best "full Sri Lankan" breakfast.

Wifi was functional but a little patchy.

Not a real 5 star.

Gorgeous old location. Nice big rooms.

They need to clean the bathrooms better and the restaurant was mixed. We had an amazing breakfast but a very poor dinner, so consistency is an issue and also please offer some decent coffee instead of instant Nescaf or Sri Lankan coffee which is weak. Not at par of other 5 star hotels.

Great value

Great facility and location. Biggest bed Ive ever slept on.

Corridor light kind of shines through but not really a big problem anyway. There was a small lizard in the bathroom but quite normal since we are in a tropical country

Superb

The staff was very attentive and the breakfast and dinner were very delicious with generous helpings. The location is fantastic to explore the fort and it was also very easy to get to the highway from there. Overall we had a great time here.
