Bare facilities in the unit.

Spacious.

There were 7 of us but only four dining chairs provided . We requested for more chairs on arrival but was not given although they promised. Moreover the 4 chairs were old and the seat cushion sinks deep , very uncomfortable. Some of us have to sit on the floor when chatting as the sofa can only sit 3-4 person.

Gorgeous external facilities and view, with mediocre internal facilities

The view of the property is gorgeous. Outside facilities are fabulous with the infinity pool, rabbits petting area, walking park.

The unit itself is a bit run-down and not properly maintained. Doors and wardrobe drawers either cannot close properly or creaks noisily. Ants are found crawling in the dining and living areas. Kettle is rusty. Only 4 dining chairs even though the property is meant for 7 pax. For the price that we have to pay, it would be great if the internal facilities of the unit can live up to the expectations or standards set in its external view and facilities.

Overall a satisfactory stay.

The property has a very nice view of the lake. Customer service & check in staff are excellent. We had dinner at The onsite Cuisines Restaurant which served excellent Steak & Grilled Lamb.

Will be great if Access to the gym was available & providing additional towels for pool use will be greatly appreciated too.
