Very good

Location was central and ideal. Beds were super comfortable. Staff were friendly.

Central location, safe, clean

Aircon was leaking but worked, so it was fine. Would have been nice to have a small sink - though not a train smash.

Great stay and value for money

The property was clean, the staff were friendly and the e location was excellent. We were easily able to walk to the V & A waterfront and explore the surrounding areas on foot.

Very good

The staff was wonderful and my late arrival was no issue which I really appreciated.

Well priced and location was perfect. Great bed and l had a great quiet nights sleep.

Bathroom needs some attention but was still neat and clean.

Superb

Excellent value for money.

Very central and within walking distance of V&A Waterfront and Bo Kaap areas. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The manager even drove us to pick up our hire car.

Its central location means you do get some city noise.

Great Epic Guesthouse to book @ in Greenpoint love love

The location was too die for we walked to wherever we wanted to even V&A WATERFRONT and the DHL CAPE TOWN STADIUM. The owner Mr HARRY was soo friendly and funny he opted to call me Sipho as if I am a MaleJudith thanks for the warm welcoming and taking pics of us we missed you over the weekend lol. To the cleaning staff I think it's Lona &Rosa not sure lo e you ladies stay as friendly as you are We made noise and came back at our own time and no1 came to tell us to lower the noise or something and they did not knock at us when it was check out time they waited for us

Lol just slight 2 things. 1.One the lights were out just after 20 minutes of us checking in but was fixed in the next morning The guy came and fixed it even though we were dressing lol it was funny as we did not mind him. 2.Gordin the Manager we called him about hot water when we checked in and he said there's nothing he can do as it is part of the lights not working woow don't like him even though we did not see him but he is not friendly.
