Exceptional

The staff was very nice and friendly, they also helped us to book restaurants & ticket museums. Everybody was kind and helpfull, from the reception to the restaurant & breakfast staff. The hotel has a great location and it is very clean, we had a room with such a beautiful view. It was a lovely experience.

Overall our stay was very pleasant, we appreciated the friendly staff. We walked pretty much everywhere as the location

The location is great. breakfast selection very good and views from the roof top. Theres lift access so you dont need to struggle climbing stairs with your heavy bags. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful

We asked for a flickering light in our room to be fixed, after being out for several hours we returned to find it hadnt been fixed. The bed was too firm for our liking - its not a typical comfy and cosy hotel bed.

The staff and the position of the hotel and the bedroom.

Nothing, it was just that there were many hospital traveller sounds, but that was no big issue. We would definitely go back there.

Great location in the centre of Rome!

Great location for a sightseeing trip to Rome. 15 mins walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain, 20 mins to the coliseum. Taxi rank opposite the hotel entrance. Bus station at the top of the street. Friendly staff, willing to help with any queries. Comfortable, large beds and spacious showers.

We had booked a triple room even though we were only a couple for the extra space, knowing that rooms tend to be small in Rome. When we arrived, we were given a smaller room even though extra had been charged for the larger one. The hotel reception were very apologetic for the error but were unable to provide the booked room for the first two nights as they were fully booked. They did upgrade us to a suite for our last three days at no extra cost which was a huge room and we were refunded the difference for the cost of the smaller room for our first two nights stay. It was disappointing initially as we had booked way in advance of our stay, but the hotel did make up for the error and we were happy with the effort made to rectify the mistake.

Excellent location . Close to all attractions, 30 mins bus ride to Vatican City. 15 mins bus ride from main busy stop . Breakfast is good . Plenty of freshly Made cakes .

Room deco is dark. May be where we are staying.

The new food and beverage director. For sure. Saved a bad review. The front desk staff acted like I should beg them for anything. Housekeeping staff. Very nice people.

Some of the better than you attitude from the front desk. Im from the hospitality industry, and they were not really hospitable to guests. We were a real pain to them.
